>Bulgaria
>2 is the lowest and 6 is the highest grade
>>
4 the lowest and 10 the highest
>>

>>

100 points.
>>
>>73329716
0 is the lowest 20 is the highest, 10 is the passing grade and 12 the average.

From this mean of 12 the grading distribution more or less follows a normal distribution.
>>
1 is the lowest
10 is the highest

Technically you can get a 0, but they usually say you get 1 point for spelling your name correctly.
>>
>>73329716
20 is the lowest, by law nobody can have less than that. At least be present in class to have 20.
36 is the lowest aproval note.
70 is the highest.
>>
5 failed
4 sufficient
3 good
2 praiseworthy
1 excellent

The treshold for getting a 5 is usually less than 50% right answers.
>>
>>73329716
1 0-35% - failed
2 35-50% - passed
3 50%-75% - lower average
4 75-90% - higher average/pretty good
5 90-100% - your nerd
6 above teaching programm/100%

Usually got 5 and 6, sometimes 4
>>
1 is lowest 10 is highest 7 is passed
>>
3 types of grading

1. 0-100 (Exam grading)
2. 1-5 3 to pass (Yearly avarage)
3. 0-500 (University and Highschool entrance test)
>>

>>
>>73335415

>>
>>73335415
>arbitrary scale

It's actually the most objective one.
0 means 0% correct
10 means 100% correct

>>
< 69% Failure (F)
70-79% C
80-89% B
90-100% A

Whether or not to incorporate D's or pluses and minuses are more of a regional thing.

I have a question
it says that any grade below a C has not passed.
If I got a C- it means I have not passed, correct?

Yes, you passed.
C- usually means you got 70-74.

Is it really true that French teachers never give out a 20?

I saw a video somewhere where they said that French teachers always find mistakes, even in assignments where they seem absolutely immaculate, so 19 basically became the new "perfect" score.

I had a penpal that proved me right, but it just seems so fucking stupid.
>>
Depends in some schools, but in general, 0/0,0 is the lowest while 10/10,0 is the highest.

In the case of average, some schools adopt 5,0 or 6,0 (or even 7,0) as the definite point that says if you passed or failed.
>>
12 - good
10 - above average
7 - average
4 - below average
02 - bad
00 - you didn't even try
-3 - retard
