That's what you all always say, yet there are more of those shops then are native restaurants in most cities.

the percentage of people that don't eat local is very low, or at least i think it is.
Taquerias and fondas are always full while is very hard to spot a mcdonalds with more than 10 people in it.
I don't think it's particularly bad, I love free market and economic competition, if taquerias were the only option they'd never improve their taste or lower their prices.
