>almost middle of April
>still haven't done shit but rot indoors
>>73277478
Yeah it sucks.
Cold as fuck and then ridiculously rainy. Now it's even fucking snowing. I just want to go on bike rides and enjoy some sunlight.

>south of London UK
>yet ~10 degrees colder
>get wind over 100 km/hr regularly
>rain/snow is near constant
wew pham, get on my level
>>73277520
Who would subject themselves to such torture?
>>73277544
people who want an OK tier uni w/ tuition of less than 1500/semester
plus, housing is affordable, anywhere from 200-350k for a decent 3 bed 2 bath in the city
also it's a fucking gorgeous city for our (absurdly short) summer
other than that, there's not much going for it
>>73277626
>Not paying for quality
Let me guess you buy food and clothes at walmart too?
>>73277520
If it's any consolation, when global warming stops the Gulf Stream you'll be warmer and they'll be cooler
>>73277676
it ranks above york as a research uni and gets a lot of government subsidy, which brings the tuition price so cheap
I don't wish to go 50k into debt for an education and I'm not going into a super competitive field so what's the difference
plus, it has a campus in harlow, UK, a comfy little town between london and cambridge, which I plan to go to for school which will be neat
also, I wouldn't buy clothes at wal mart and i wouldn't buy a 100 dollar t shirt either
>>73277716
wew, gud, we may finally get our fishing population back
>it's early april
>it was 30°c in sun recently
>snow gone until december
>i will now burn in the hellfire
I want to live in a comfy cold country.

>York
That's literally the worst University in Ontario. Really not a shining comparison there.
>>73277900
>That's literally the worst University in Ontario
not literally though, schools like brock U still exist pham
since the uni gets a lot of funds thrown at it for newfoundland cultural heritage stuff, it's gonna be great for me
I'm going for a masters at least in history plus a post-secondary education degree, and the government has a lot of funding and grants available for newfoundland history research, like the archeaological studies in western newfoundland right now digging up old viking settlements along the coast
>>73277886
fuck you, it's been raining here for three days now
sun nowhere to be seen
>>73277996
True senpai. I guess that does sound pretty cool actually.
>>73277520
we had -21°C some days ago and -27°C a bit before that
>>73278067
Not him but at least your fucking TEMPERATURES DONT SWING +/- 20°c IN A 24-36 HOUR PERIOD!!!!
>>73278042
It's pretty great for media, arts, technologies, but when it comes down to hyper-competitive fields it's better to go to a top tier school
>>73278067
true, but at least mother nature isn't literally a terrorist where you're at
