Just sausage (a specially large sauasage we call botifarra) with beans. The beans are cooked with garlic and parsley and dressed with olive oil. The sauce next to the tomatoes is called in catalan "allioli" (oil and garlic).

This is a mighty cachopo with french fries as accompaniment. Others usually included peppers as well.

A cachopo is a huge beef steak, with a layer of ham, and another layer of cheese, all of it wrapped in bread.
