By this I'm going to assume that you mean the languages that will come to be more widespread. now for your choices for those languages:

Is it necessary to roll letters? I've never been able to do it. I can roll the back of my tongue, but not the front. I've always been interested in both of those languages but I've never pursued it due to not wanting to sound like an idiot for not being able to roll certain letters.

The average educated Indian by high school knows 3 languages fluently: Hindi, English and a regional language like Marathi if you're from the state of Maharashtra or Tamil if you're from the state of Tamil Nadu.
