I change socks and underwear every day, shirts/t-shirts every two days unless it gets dirty/sweaty, everything else can probably last about a week unless they get dirty.

I brush my teeth twice a day and shower everyday unless I know that I'm not going to leave the house at all (then I'll shower every other day). It doesn't really get hot enough here that you sweat enough to warrant a shower if you stay at home all day.
