I still speak Albanian. I get to go and listen to old men at my local coffee shop talk about the good old days of Gommunism in the morning, and watch them fall apart and fight, cussing eachother at night when they've had too much raki.

On a positive note, going to massive family occasions (which I haven't done in years because we've all become Americanized) is pretty awesome.

It's not my cup of tea, I'm more into the Romance languages, but like they say in French, "à chacun son goût". And while Duolingo is good, I prefer to supplement it with Assimil (the superior program).

You get to teach non-Serbs cursewords and laugh at their pronunciation, and freely communicate in Austria as a foreigner.
