Yes. It's very easy in fact.
They just need to come from a family wealthier than yours, it doesn't even matter what country or ethnicity they are.
I'm white but I won't inherit shit from my debt-ridden family, the guy next door is sole heir to a upper middle class family that owns multiple real estate all over the country and can live like a slob and still be well off.
