1. Country
2..How are gay people treated in your country?
1.Bahamas.
2.Not very nice, nothing physically violent, but you would get called "batty bwoi" and laughed at if you walked down street holding hands with your bf.
it is
Badly
I life in the gayest city of the gayest region on earth to the point that gayness has become a part of the local patriotism.
And people here (women mostly) still look weirdly at fags holding hands, dont think it is unusual to react to an unusual sight.

Nope, not really
> Why are Russians so homophobic?
I dunno, probably because being a homo isn't considered to be manly

that's a boy (male)
>>72872828
Not all homophobia is from a religious standpoint some hate fags because they are effeminate

Govenment is helping them to become attentionwhores. I think it is good for people who feel lonely :D but bad for normal people. Personally I never seen any bad treatment of gays but I've only seen few and there are almost zero immigrants here.

>Aren't most Russians atheist?
Most probably think there is possibly "somethink there". Religion have nothing to do with hatred to gays though.
>Why are Russians so homophobic?
Why do you think so?

1) Same as you (obviously)
2) Mostly agree with your assessment, in that we generally don't have a culture of killing, and/or severe physical harm towards gays. Cultural attitudes generally vary from people passively wanting gays to stay in the closet on one end, to demonizing and threatening violence towards them on the other (even if they never carry it out). But the cultural bullying is enough to where few live unabashedly openly, which leads to some leaving, or living a lie (married with children, which opens up another can of worms).
