It ended up turning into full blown gang/crew war between the Albo's and Puerto Ricans after this incident for several years. This was the spark. All the Albo's were FOBS (Fresh off the boat) and hadn't really recognized their strength in numbers yet (plus they were all from Albania and Kosovo of the 90's, some hard motherfuckers).

It ended when some Puerto Ricans attacked these 3 Albo kids with a gun.

Also I remember this was the year there was no Albanian festival. The Greek and Albanian church in my city basically prop eachother up with festivals. They alternate each year using previous funds to help supply carney and food stalls, tents etc.
But this year all the Albo families were basically in court and spending tons of money getting their kids out of jail and shit and suing etc. Plus it was a rainy summer so no carnival rides and Jesus.
