Desu I understand about the constant darkness, but if you can enjoy the wilderness and aren't a NEET it's fun. If you have a good job it's also fun. Plus I'm already pretty alcoholic so I wouldn't mind.

I only spent a few weeks there, yeah the wilderness is amazing but I would rather live in Northern Australia than there.

It's not only dark but it's also excruciatingly cold with -50C temp not being unheard of, natives are rude and people aren´t friendly overall, you can make good money but do consider that everything costs twice as much than in already expensive Southern Canada.
