We build what people pay us to build.

Some areas houses must be wood frame because of earthquakes, some areas they must be brick because of hurricanes.
If somebody wants a high quality house, like a German house for example, we can build one exactly the same and for much cheaper. We can get the clay tile roofing, we install tilt and turn windows like they have.
Whatever you want.

Some are, one thing is many of us hate apartments and want a house with a yard.
The average house we build is wood frame and around $120,000. I can't remember the price of the last brick house we built, my numbers are at the office.
