Hopefully not, EU is the only rational way forward for European nations in globalized economy. Now that Brexit is finally happening we may see more integration because UK is not slowing the progress. That's why brexit was a good thing for us federalists.

2bh I think it's more likely that the EU becomes more centralized, while the US falls apart. The US is in rapid decline, social unrest, drug epidemics, economic stagnation, infrastructure crumbling, 3rd world tier politics, and so on.
