my italian isn't good at all... do italians in rome speak english? can i speak english as i learn italian? how much cost a scort in italy (most important question)?
relax, i'll move legally with my italian pasaporto... my ancestry ran from italy to argentina after the war.

It's easier to understand them when they speak italian. You speak spanish, so I'm sure you can easily understand at least half of the things they say.
