No, the heir is called prince of wales, not the king/queen of uk themselves. this whole duchy/pricipality/kingdom/county7 etc is really fucking arbitrary, Lithuania used to be fucking huge and was known as a Grand Duchy, same with Austria being know as an Archduchy

Thing with Wales is that it historically was part of the Kingdom of England (hence why they aren't represented on the union jack), only some time ago did they even get their own parliament iirc
