Though some people have always disliked Eastern Europeans in general because dey took er jerbs, they're alright overall and by the second generation they are completely integrated (grew up with a couple of poles in school, couldn't tell them apart aside from their names)

Mother and father are village people.

Well you are right, because given the hundreds of thousands that immigrated to UK, some of them are bound to be actual criminal lowlives. I tend to visit my friends over in UK once a year or so, and it is appalingly apparent that not every single Polish immigrant is an industrious and diligent worker. Would you like an apology for that? I would also say that you are spared from the most obvious thug population, as it doesn't leave the borders, but then again, someone wisely said that you don't need to leave the country if you're worth your education and have the skills to pay the bills. But if you want to be a normal grey citizen and earn a living being a shop assistant, you are very likely to be eating cheap bread rolls and processed meat sausages for your entire life. Poland is no Norway or UK, where you can basically set aside money for your rent, save/invest some of it and not live like a rat.

I'll never understand the hatred from the western europeans towards Poland, even though I met some extremely shady Central Europeans who by and large represent a far greater percent of their respective immigrant populations. My only logical explanation is jealousy, because I was often repulsed by how decayed and unmannered the Britons were. Never cleaning after themselves in fast food joints ("hurr durrr its their job to clean after me" - fucking babies) or being obnoxiously loud and disgusting (I need to look up halithosis epidemiology in UK on pubmed, because I'm willing to offer the Brits a benefit of the doubt that their mouths reek not because they simply don't understand the intricate workings of a toothbrush).
