I recently saw the Ashens video and I can only say what a piece of shit. Specs are mediocre, shitty games, shitty construction, useless gimmicks, etc.

I made the mistake of buying not only one but two 3DS (one of 3DS in 2012 and a n3DS with Kyarypamyupamyu plates last year) and I've put less than 100 hours on both. I'm never buying anything nintendo again. It just baffles me that there's people willing to pay so much for this absolute turd.

I bought a WiiU and don't regret it. I got plenty of time in Mario Kart, Smash Bros and Splatoon, and Zelda's going to keep me occupied for the next few months. Plus you can hack it to run gamecube games and emulators.

I wouldn't bother with the switch though. Here it's $550 NZD, with no good exclusives as of yet.

pc gaming is the most common thing, I think PC arent taxed as heavily as consoles because PCs are also used for work, they arent "luxury items" like consoles. Also buying games on steam is much cheaper than buying retail console games.

Nintedo is very Niche. Playstation is much more popular, mainly for stuff like Fifa, but we normal middle class people use last gen consoles 2 or 3 years more than in the first world, as in, only now the PS4 is becoming normal, many still have a PS3.
