Apart maybe for the Jeuxvideo.com "15-18" forum. Its shit but not more than any language imageboard I guess. I remember the first post I saw was a guy telling how he couldn't stop pouring his semen in his cereal bowl and there was a picture of his Corn Flakes soaking in milk mixed with a condom full of cum. Its /b/ tier.

2) It's quite different in many aspects. Some unique stuff there as well, so you can't just say it's better or worse overall. It was definitely not bad back in the days (2008-2012) but now is just a shadow of the former self (much like 4chan too).
