despite the memes, I have encountered no american that does this. because we are more diverse, people are much better at stylizing their beliefs if they think the belief is too edgy for normies. For instance, instead of saying "I'm not racist, but blacks commit a lot of crime" they go all kenny from the walking dead and say "the urban areas are really iffy. you want to avoid those areas"

very few people in america say overtly racist things in public because of backlash, but I know plenty of people that talk shit behind closed doors

"Urban" and "youth" refers to black teenagers. "Bad area" means area where a lot of black people live, "Diverse neighborhood" means high crime etc
