Everyone shits on this game because you can learn for free but what people don't realize is that motivation is the most important thing, so if this works for what it says it will, then by all means it's okay for people to get it and I've seen most reviews say it works.

As long as it works and is motivating which people say it is.

I had no motivation to play guitar even though I wanted to learn and then Rocksmith came along and while I am not a great guitar player I can play now. Me not being great is totally my fault though, I enjoy it as a personal hobby and only wanted to learn songs I love, completely ignoring practicing.
