exactly how would even pay for or justify a manned mission to anywhere in and around our solar system.

That thing they recently made a big deal out of with the i think 7 planets close to a star in which 3 are in the habital zone is fucking nothing, some light years away, there isnt enough money in the world to make it happen, you can argue there is, but who would part with it

Actually, I've been to America and France already, though not Nepal yet. Exploration is fun! Earth is fun. But most of it is known, and there are very few secrets left.
I want to explore space too. Find strange critters, or who knows, maybe even intelligent life somewhere. Can't you hear the siren song of stars? They're calling us.

We have a working em-drive already. And science is growing faster each year. As we accumulate more knowledge, we develop faster and faster. I'd say within 100 years we would definitely have spaceships capable of traveling to other planets.

As someone who has visited 7 continents and lived in 2, there is nothing that compares to excitement of a vision for space exploration. Imagine building your own world and culture from scratch insteaf of just traveling through existing ones.....plebs will never understand.

Never been to Nepal but I've been to Tibetan China. Meh
