About 200 usd the cheapest uni on the city for the semester fee plus expenses, the most expensives are 4000 usd the semester but in the capital the biggest and more important uni only charges $1 peso the semester.

as long as you don't want to do banking or something fucking stupid like grad school, GPA shouldn't really be a concern, imo

here it's really an indicator of the value of the teaching and doors it can open after you get your diploma
