Products in Germany will often have many languages on them, depending on where it was manufactured and where else it gets sold (in the EU) other than Germany. E.g. sometimes it has Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch on it. Sometimes it has English, French, Spanish, Italian on it. Sometimes Polish, Czech, etc
