it's really good for light supper though, don't recommend it on breakfast or lunch beauce you'll smell like garlic all day

it's basically the same basic concept as Spanish gazpacho

you take bread pieces, add a lot of garlic, some salt and pepper, lard or other fat, but bacon lard is the tastiest, add hot water and voila!
