It is a good serie but it gets boring in 4th season and it's generally not "action" or anything, just drama and scheming. Though at the end of 4th season I really liked it again and 5th season started pretty well. Some people worship it, I just like it, I know someone who falls asleep on it... really depends on taste. I recently found out about this European job mobility portal (EURES) and you can look for jobs in foreign countries there. Basically all job descriptions are in their native language but details like type of job, salary, hours etc. can be in English or in your language so basically anyone can look for work anywhere. And I noticed that you can filter jobs to for example show just unqualified work that doesn't require degree or anything.
