What do you think of Ufa, the capital city of Bashkiria in Russia? I think it's a great place, one of the best city in Europe. You can visit it with direct flight from Prague, Istanbul, and other city. Really great culture with many interesting ethnic foodstuffs. Why you don't visit Ufa yet?

Even in winter, it's interesting with new constructions. Most people visit in summer, but you can in winter too. Don't be scared. Hotel is less in winter time.
