Has anyone been to Guangzhou in recent years?
I havent been there since 2007 and i want to ask is it still common for drivers to ignore traffic laws?

i visited there in early 2010.
honestly didn't really notice what drivers were doing since i didn't drive myself anywhere. i just remember it being incredibly congested and being nearly wasted by a bus while i was walking on a sidewalk.
of course
most people don't follow the right of way there so things happen

report anything on /int/ from there. i dont know much about VPN but i hope you constantly report it. nobody has done such a thing. there're expats but they are a pretty expert and eventually socially alpha, not a pleb like you and me.
i'd like to hear more realistic remarks/opinions of a like minded mate. it would be interesting and fun. ill cheer for you.
I was in GZ in 2012. Cars mostly follow traffic laws in the city center. the farther you get to the periphery, out to the suburbs, the less organized traffic is.
