No. I don't remember it ever happening.

France
Yes and she deserved it, no idea how my step dad manages to hold himself back
We are hitting levels of non-threads that shouldn't even be possible.
But I prefer this garbage of a thread than generals.
My mom would always get drunk and she got pretty violent, but dad would just shove her off.
He never hit her. He was a good man.

no, but one time my grandpa came home drunk and beat my grandma (i mean there wasn't blood or anything but he hit her a few times quite strongly, and i was like 8 and was scared. tried to call police cus didn't know what to do, there was no adults around, but i called the bad number and it didn't work. and my grandpa was upset about it later)
and that was the only violence usage(?) from him that i've ever seen. but he used to drink more often when my mom was young and therefore beat them (i don't know how often, but my mom told me she had wanted him to be hit by autobus when he was coming home) as far as i know. now they get on well with each other, don't know how much true it was, since my mom was junkie when i was young (after my father died) and even tried to kill herself back then... ehh... my childhood was strange, maybe not as bad as some, but i'm certain that might be reason why i'm lonely now and can't trust people, cus she was lying to everybody, even me, all the time and i couldn't tell what is the truth and what's not
i never met my father, i even use my mother's surnames
