I've visited Sao Paulo and you guys are far from white. I met a few white people with direct German ancestry yes but the majority were mixed who called themselves white. Loads of half Syrians and different kinds of Japanese mixes also.

What I liked about Brazil was the diversity and the food and how everyone parties together in the clubs.
