I hear them pretty much all the time as soon as I go into a city. And more than 80% of the people around are non-swedes. This country is dead.

It's quite rare to see police outside.

It's because Singapore has evolved past police state to surveillance state.

Here the police tends to walk around in civilian clothes. My little brother once tried to steal a bike when he was 12 or so. And the police just walked home with him lol.
