We're up against /c/ after the /gd/ v /f/ game which is just about to happen.
We won yesterday against /f/, we just need another win to be through to the Round of 16
I really hope we can grab the advancement today lads, it's been so long since /int/ has been in the Elite knockouts.
/int/ is going to be the laughing stock for yet another year
Anybody else from /a/ here?

We're already doing better than most teams, and we've got a win under our belt so even if everything happens to go to shit we'll probably be a safe distance from the wooden spoon.
RIP /f/, I was hoping they could advance with us, but oh well.
Well we're up.
Hopefully we can win this one.
>that kit
fug
/f/ had an early lead too, but god i hope we get an equalizer soon.

That's not how you do it.
well fuck.

Apologies guys. They got an early goal and packed the midfield, and we couldn't find a way through despite throwing all we had.
Hopefully we can still advance despite this.

The idea was to try and get the ball back to start an attack, as anything that was going to get past them wouldn't be a quick counter with the bodies they had behind the ball.
we blew it.
we had it and we FUCKING blew it.
>now we have to face /gd/
>with all their medals
>if we lose we're out
I hope to god we'll have something good prepared.

Yeah, but gegenpressing is simply not sustainable for more than a single half. I know this shit all too well from testing against /soc/, and even then I had to resort to ultradefensive mentality to keep gegenpressing useful and not killing stamina. Should've tried to langball it with counter targets if anything else failed. Not that this would've been a surefire way, but there were possibilities.
Anyway, give 'em fire on Saturday.
