He was a terrorist and became feudal lord after his father's clan joined federal forces. My opinion is that Chechnya needs to be separated because Chechens are nothing better than ISIS or Taliban. Chances of him taking power are like chances that Somalian pirate will be crowned as next king of Sweden.
