Ah now, I wouldn't necessarily judge somebody for not paying attention in lectures. Even if you like your degree, some modules can be boring as fuck due to bad lecturers or irrelevant subject matter. I attended about two thirds of my lectures at college, and I paid attention in about half of those that I did attend. The majority of lecturers made their lecture material available online, so I just crammed in the run-up to exams.

Whenever I used to attend lectures like that I was doing so because I deemed it likely that the lecturer might discuss something that wasn't on the lecture material or might give information about an assignment/project. Rogue is more or less an expansion pack to 4, filling in the holes that 3's excessively in-media-res story had. It doesn't do anything masterfully, let alone exceptionally, but it does what it says on the tin.
Unity has the best city/world-building since Ezio, and is probably the most capably put-together in that respect, but it feels so empty. It's of no consequence at all in the overarching story of the universe of Assassin's creed, and the character story is the blandest since Connor, though at least in 3 you still felt the "phantom pain" of the missing backstory and the lack of character development, and how it could have been a great game, but despite Unity putting you in perhaps the best city map, it makes you feel absolutely nothing.

I never got how people could think that until they rushed it to be over in 3. The games were grand as historical games, adding sci-fi time-travel elements was good, and then adding X-Files tier ancient aliums rounds it off as a ballsy, "plump" setting.

I don't think you understand the sheer scope of the work being done by the Civil Service on Brexit. This is one of the most important things to happen in decades. The Civil Service and Department of Foreign Affairs are running so many resources through Brexit-related campaigns (trying to turn the ones who think we should punish Britain into realising we're very exposed to any downturns) that they're actually starting to neglect normal work.

There's only so many places a Minister or Minister of State can be. It's simply not feasible for one or two people to be trying to stay on top of it and everything else. Making it a portfolio in its own right gives the other TDs some breathing space.
