Yes when I was in new york I had pierogis with meat, mushrooms and cabbage. They were all good but with mushrooms were my favorite.

What you are seeing is some Ravioles du Dauphiné, it's a speciality from the 13th century, wich evolved in the 18th as the country was more rich of being filled with cheese and parsley, hence the diaphanous green color. Here they are "Soufflées" wich can be obtain at the right temperature.
