I've just recorded a short excerpt from a novel by Antony Trollop. How bad my accent is?
How I can improve my shitty pronunciation?

Should I find some native English speaking partner and train my English via skype? Should I read aloud as much as I can every day?
Its very hard to distinguish the words you are saying. You say them so fast almost as if they are one word. If you made some space between each word it would help people understand you a lot better

Thanks. What else is wrong?

Speak slower

Speak with native speakers, hearing them and practicing your speech are both conductive to perfect pronounciation

Pretty much this
Slow it down, spread it out
Was really quite hard to understand

I hardly recognized that you trying to speak English. And when I eventually did my ears started bleeding. I assume that the all what you need is just begin to watch movies and series in English till the magic may happen. You need a role model to repeat after and IMHO movies are the easiest way. YouTube is good as the source as well. Wish you luck and the good will, bro.

You need to take lessons on English phonetics, and practice them as much as possible. Focus on very specific sounds, and practice them until you've perfected them.
Honestly, I couldn't tell you were speaking English. Sounded like German to me.
