Speaking broadly though, not really much. The upper Midwest is basically the same cultural group. The cultural gap between some regions in Texas alone is probably larger than the differences between Wisconsin, Michigan, and Ohio.

Not a big difference. But many Scandinavians settled along the Great Lakes and over into Wisconsin. Wisconsin and the Dakotas have a lot of Scandinavian influence.
