>>mfw i sometimes mistake solid T with TH and sound like a complete retard
θ seems like true hell for non-native speakers
Mispronunciations are cute m8, don't worry about it

I hate that "th" is sometimes randomly pronounced as a normal "t" for no reason.
A-at least we have Ы sound that anglos can't pronounce.
>>70589671
Look up where to put your tongue and just go through the motions. It probably won't sound exactly right and you may not be able to hear the difference but a native speaker will.

but Arabs do it normally.
I feel like English is absolutely impossible for non anglos to pronounce correctly but at the same time we always have a shit tier accent at any other language

Not entirely true, there's an video on youtube, an American guy being interviewed by his Hungarian friend in Budapest. Basically, if the title hadn't said "American being interviewed" I wouldn't have known he was a foreigner, his accent is pretty much flawless.
He says was able to understand our language after 6 months, and by 1 year he was pretty much fluent.

Well, there's exceptions of course. Clearly this guy has a rare talent for languages.
I doubt I could learn Hungarian even if I moved there.

you could, exposure is most important, there are many huns in slovakia that can speak slovak perfectly and the languages are not related at all, they usually have heavy accent but they dont really want to lose it desu
