I'm 22 in a month. I started sitting with bad posture when i discovered runescape at age 11. Then on it just snowballed with WoW and other games. I sat down a LOT in my teens.

It's only recently that i finally pulled myself together to seek professional help. I'm also thankfully not addicted to vidya anymore, so i only play rarely.

Comp Sci at uni and we had this health and exercise class for 3 credits that taught about all of this, examined us and stuff for free.
I didn't really take interest back then since it was mandatory and don't remember much.

If you're at uni, try contacting profs that deal with this, my uni is the biggest here so it's easy getting free tips since profs are really eager to help out.
other than that, seek professional help, you don't want to accidentally fuck it up more. doubt it will cost anything unless you do so at the gym
