Most people use their drivers license as ID but the plebians who take the bus can get a provincial ID used mainly for voting or buying liquor but it can be used for anything that requires id

not OP, but norwegian debit cards have pictures on them and work as ID, so no real reason to create another card since everyone older than 15 with a bank account already has valid picture ID

I ronically you can't vote with your voting card, but you can with your ID card. I'm now sure for what the army draft is, mine is stored in the house somewhere.
