Dedicated websites for discussion of politics are much better for this.

In fact, pretty much every board is replaced and made obsolete by dedicated websites.

Even reddit is better than 4chan because you can filter out shitposts and set it up such that you're only fed things relevant to what you're interested in. on 4chan this does not exist. If you want to learn about a topic you must wade through 10,000 shitposts before you get to what you were looking for. And that goes for any topic at all.

Business, fitness, international subjects, politics, technology, anime. This is just a website for shitposting that has abslutely no consequences for acting retarded or posting/saying dumb things. You can post 10,000 threads in a row about how you're depressed and want t ocommit suicide and people will respond and give you attention. Or you can post a woman getting fucked by a BBC and people will also respond.
