It's like asking what do we think about oil on canvas.
Graffiti is only a mean to an end. There's endless types of graffiti. Sure the one on your pictures will look like shit since you against it, but If I bothered I could post marvelous examples of graffiti. I think it's a form of art like any other, and as such it's subject to hate, praise and criticism.
And finally, private property is bullshit. The city belongs to everyone.
