I my cousin is 12 and he went through cancer treatment therapy. Government pays him about $50 a month. Our doctors didn't know what illness he had so he didn't get treatment almost a year and after than the doctor called his mom and asked to help clean the room where he stayed because their don't have money for a cleaners. His life is basically fucked now so I guess it's quite hard to live as a person with disabilities here

You can get Temporary Assistance For Needy Families, but like the title says, it's designed to be temporary, and you have to be raising kids in the first place to get it. A few states have extra options, but really no one is actually living completely off of welfare unless they're illegally cheating on their claims for it.
