I think flat ass is a recessive trait, and the good ass on mestizas without black ancestry, is just dominant Spanish ass.

But there are some weird reactions in the mix.

My cousin is half paraguayan. She has a great voluptuous body, tits and ass. Her mother is all of Spanish ancestry, grandparents from Galicia and Madrid. Great body, but like a skinny model, not in a tit and ass way.
Her father's family, paraguayans, are short and stocky, quite native.

I know many mestizas with great bodies, but they are generally of the Paraguay region (Paraguay and provinces around them like Chaco, Corrientes etc, our north east) the natives there were like the natives of Brazil, tupi guaranis.

Native Americans are pretty genetically homogenous. They came over like 20,000 years ago, so they didn't have as much time to diverge as other races in the old world, and it was a small group of people that came over initially, causing a lack of genetic diversity from the start. Which is why the weakness to smallpox was so widespread, the Siberians that came over initially didn't have that resistance either (and similarly were almost wiped out when Russia expanded east and brought smallpox).
