Are normies people who smile like that? God I fucking hate the people I work with. It's just a shitty university dining hall and they show up to work so upbeat. They all smile and say hi to me in a cheery voice. When having conversations amongst each other they're loud and you can just hear the happiness/excitement to be alive in their voices.

Think Australia is one of the worst for this. Everyone just expects you to go out drinking every weekend, have a barbecue at the beach during the week, play some AFL, cricket or rugby etc. etc. Basically be outside with some mates whenever you're not forced inside for work and sleep
