Actually yes. Usually humans tend to favour the one who looks the same and can produce hte most similar looking children with best traits. Of course naturalistically speaking.

I find that to be extremely temporary. Once people know they have the option. If they find the person to be handsome or pretty, obviously, they'll readily fuck another person with a different skin color no problem.
