The alt-right movements among non-western countries or 3rd world countries are seriously pointless af and absolutely garbage. On /pol/ or /int/, ofc you can see they are hellbent on acting and aping like the western alt-rights. My guess is, they just think its a cool thing to do. The point is that it is what they can do actually right now and all they can do in their current lives. It doesnt require money or wealthy stuff, they can act like the latest movement/fashion of the west in real time, without money and even a cultural/educational background. They want to "share" something new with the west through it because it makes them feel better and the latest and "equal" to the west, in other words, feel edgy/cool/cutting-edge/new etc.
