Personally I have ZERO desire to move to East Europe anytime soon but if you are concerned about degeneracy I don't think Oklahoma is sheltered from it. Personally I don't know much about Oklahoma but its just another state bound to the same national laws and mass media as the rest of America.

Honestly I think some people who want to move to E Europe (I hate to say this) are probably attracted by the idea of lot of white people...yeah, racism. Oklahoma's under 19 population is 45% people of color. So if its majority white now it won't be for much longer. Racist worse nightmare.
