My brother has practically lived in that area the past few years at his gfs and is there right now.

He certainly has experienced petty racism because black dudes hate seeing a white guy with a black girl especially in their hood but for the most part everything is fine. Doesn't get in fights, just confrontations or his car messed with(pussies) but he holds his own.

I never had a problem in black neighborhoods personally, I kind of look street, could pass for Hispanic(my brother looks obviously white) and am big so I've had good interactions with randoms in the hood, but it has always been this way. White people are unwelcome, and it is unsafe. I can't believe liberals started to say that black on white racism isn't a thing. I had to deal with casual racism in elementary school all the time, even from teachers who hated me even though I had good behavior(mostly black) including my own friends. Told me I couldn't listen to rap for a while, I experienced the appropriation meme waaay before it was cool.

Even then, I'm not racist at all. These are hood people, they are undesirables to anyone they aren't cool with, and even could be to the ones they are. Black people tend to think white people are racist and against them automatically(and they aren't all that wrong honestly).

Still shitty, though. This needs to be addressed nationally, because this brand of racism has come to be accepted.
