no atheist region. atheists (or irreligious people) live in big cities mostly, and maybe you can consider student-cities like eskişehir to be more atheistic, but there isn't really a big difference. the percentage doesn't really change anywhere. the irreligiousness is limited to a certain people. that is changing tho.
