There's a push on at the moment at the state level to legalise brushtail possum meat but I'm not so sure that would be so good. I've seen it being prepared by an aboriginal chef on TV before

Actually, just remembered I eat crocodile occasionally, definitely more often than I eat kangaroo. It's basically a fish meat, white, springy, delicate flavour. Most often when I have crocodile it's been mashed up into a filet'o'fish type arrangement
